Abstract Introduction Prehabilitation aims to optimise functional capacity before surgery. We present the prehabilitation programme through a mobile app (PREHapp). Methods Patients with resectable colon cancer, ≥18 years old, without comorbidities and Android Smartphones are selected. The following is proposed PREHapp during 4 week pre- postoperative period. Depending on results of 6-minute test initial ergospirometry, would be individualised different objectives. allows patient record their activities synchronises website designed for surgeon which he/she can monitor compliance.
